There’s a quick way to learn the truth about Vigano’s accusations

Kudos to Father Raymond de Souza, who noticed something that the rest of us had missed. In a Catholic Herald column, Father de Souza explains how the release of the Vigano testimony affects the US bishops’ plans:

The American bishops have already asked Pope Francis to appoint an apostolic visitor to investigate the entire McCarrick matter. It is likely that the visitor, when appointed, would have interviewed Viganò in any case. His “testimony” will now be part of the material that the visitor must examine. Viganò has not provided documentation to support his charges, but has indicated where that documentation could be found—memoranda that he wrote, conversations that he had—with dates and places. An apostolic visitor, with investigative authority from the Holy Father, will have no trouble obtaining that documentation to see if it supports the charges Viganò has made.

Just let me suggest a slight revision of the last sentence there: the apostolic visitor would have no trouble obtaining documents—if an apostolic visitor were appointed. But to date, there has been no response from the Vatican to the request from Cardinal DiNardo— made two weeks ago and repeated this week—for a visitation.

““I am eager for an audience with the Holy Father to earn his support for our plan of action,” Cardinal DiNardo said this week, hinting that he might be a bit impatient for an answer. It would be easy enough for the Pope to say that he will organize an apostolic visitation, even if the process didn’t begin right away. These things aren’t organized overnight. The announcement of a plan would be a clear sign that things were moving in the right direction. To date, however, the Vatican has given no such sign.

So now, in the aftermath of the Vigano testimony—and Father de Souza’s astute observation ---is it more or less likely that an apostolic visitation will be ordered? That might depend upon how anxious Pope Francis is to uncover the truth about Vigano’s charges.

Only time will tell. I hope you’re wrong—and I’m sure that you hope you are wrong.

From a human perspective, the U.S.. is likely in fairly good shape compared to most places. However, the U.S. isn’t into hypocrisy and values authenticity—which means not as bad as other places isn’t a winning argument for many.

Either the U.S. is going to pull this off, or we are in for some very, very, very dark times (as opposed to very dark times).

Yes -- it is a free software program, and it's used to clean up a computer by getting rid of unwanted files on the computer, and optimizing the computer.

***What is the general take of the traditional Catholics about him?***

I’ll speak for myself, and only myself. I view Pope Benedict as the true Pope, the last one before the False Pope that was prophesied over a hundred years ago.

I hope I’m wrong, too. But I don’t think I am. The satanic leftist press has been lying to us continuously at least since the time of Duranty collaborating with the Soviets to murder 10 million+ Ukrainians in cold blood through starvation, for which the murderer Duranty received a Pulitzer.

You can see it now in the satanic press. There are far more stories reporting on the investigation into Archbishop Vigano, his background, his politics, his motives, his “homophobic” (read: Catholic) beliefs, his alleged crimes, many of these stories filled without fabrications, than there are actual investigative journalistic pieces looking into the allegations against bergoglio, mccarrick, wuerl, cupich, o’mally, bertone, soldano, daneels, marx, farrell, tobin, lori, and the entire homoclerical demonocracy.

And the laity aren’t any better. What percentage of AMERICAN Catholics reject Humanae Vitae? What’s the difference between abortion rates among Catholics vs. non-Catholics? How many Catholics divorce and remarry? How many parish priests tolerate these “irregular” relationships? What percentage of Catholics accept most or all of the homo agenda?

It became apparent to me a while back that the laity get the hierarchy we deserve. Good and hard.

As much as I would love to see the Purge, it isn’t going to happen this time. The laity have no stomach for a full-on war to cleanse the homoclerical demonocracy of all the homosexuals, if only because we ourselves would have to repent and abjure our own sins.

I think it’s likely that it will take a long period (A century? Two centuries? More? I don’t know.) of externally-applied persecution for the Church to be cleansed. Perhaps the governments of the West tire of making a space for us, and use the current crisis to begin the persecution, the confiscations, the imprisonments, the stark choice of apostasy or loss of livelihood, material wealth, liberty, and even of life. Perhaps, instead, or even following the persecutions by Western governments, the significant success of world-wide jihad where the Islamic butchers become the instrument of God cleansing the sodomites, while also murdering millions of followers of Jesus.

But, the Catholic Church will endure, and the Bride of Christ, her raiment made white again by the blood of martyrs, joined with the Blood of our Savior on the Cross, will again see the sun.
