You probably know this but after the Pope said during his August trip to Ireland when questioned about the Vigano document, "I will not say one word on this. I think the statement speaks for itself," he did finally say a word:

In another homily on September 11, Francis went further, saying that not only was Viganò the real villain, but the bishops were the real victims: They were being persecuted by the devil: “In these times, it seems like the Great Accuser has been unchained and is attacking bishops,” Francis preached. And Satan “tries to uncover the sins, so they are visible in order to scandalize the people.”

Unless I am reading this wrong, the Pope has thrown down the gauntlet by taking the side of the Lavendar Mafia and likening Vigano to Satan.

Bergogio's select buddies often say what he is too crafty and devious to say. His advisor Abp. Charles Scicluna once remarked --- tweeted, I think--- “Whoever wishes to discover what Jesus wants from him, he must ask the Pope, this Pope, not the one who came before him, or the one who came before that. This present Pope.”

As regards reason, this is absurdity; and as regards the Faith, heresy.

Another of Francis' buddies, Fr. Thomas Rosica, his chief English-language communications consultant, made this jaw-dropping freaky statement:

"Pope Francis breaks Catholic traditions whenever he wants, because he is 'free from disordered attachments.' Our Church has indeed entered a new phase: with the advent of this first Jesuit pope, it is openly ruled by an individual rather than by the authority of Scripture alone or even its own dictates of tradition plus Scripture."

He said this approvingly.

These guys are not a hierarchy. They are a cabal.

They are not "the Catholic Church." They are engaged in a hostile takeover of the Catholic Church.
