On my 13th visit to Kauai….

Wow! I've been to Hawaii once...when our DC-8 out of McCord stopped there for fuel on the way to Vietnam. We were able to get off the plane and hang out in the terminal for as long as that took.

At least I can say I've been there.

(I was never wealthy, but did own a timeshare unit on Kauai...I would save for two years to get enough for airfare, and then visit. Then save for two more years...etc. All in the past now! :-)
