HEAVENLY FATHER, ALMIGHTY COUNSELOR, RULER SUPREME,
As we pray Your Scriptures, Lord, Let us be mindful of Your Sovereignty, Your control over all things. How You must wince at the very sight of our trying to run our lives in the midst of turmoil, evilness and thoughts of self-sufficiency. Put within the hearts and minds of Your people a spirit of hope and wholesomeness. . .never once forgetting that You, Father God are Supreme over all. Let us acknowledge the Word that You have given us. . .truths and promises that will come to pass no matter what. You birthed our very souls to worship and honor You and to further Your kingdom. Find us being forever faithful about Our Father’s business . . .Your business. . .Your agenda. It is not just for our President, Vice President, newly appointed Supreme Court Justice and other duly elected officials to look for guidance, wisdom, peace and understanding but we know You have given all of us the same responsibility. . .the same accountability.
With every fiber of our being we petition these prayers for a better future for America, safety and salvation for our military, hope for the persecuted, hungry, needy, bereaved, lonely, those who are facing perilous storms physically and mentally. Heavenly Father, please prick the hearts and minds of those who wish and perform evil on this country and her people. We ask and thank You for Your continued unveiling and exposure of untruths and injustices.
