I wouldn’t be surprised if Wuerl is replaced by Night-Night Tobin since McCarrick came from New Jersey, also. And Cupcake Cupich already holds an important episcopal see, the Archdiocese of Chicago.
I am guessing not Nighty-Nite. Cdl Wuerl has a lovely, urbane, smooth manner that suits DC. Maybe they want someone similar?
