As Life Site News reports, Cardinal Francesco Coccopalmerio (pictured above), “a close collaborator of Pope Francis, was present at the homosexual drug-fueled party raided by the Vatican police in the summer of 2017 at which his secretary, Monsignor Luigi Capozzi, was arrested.” Indeed, he was reportedly presiding over the abomination in progress. Yet Coccopalmerio was allowed to leave the scene of the crime, an apartment in the very building that houses the former Holy Office, now called the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.
Thus no one should be surprised that this “prince of the Church” has led the way in defending Pope Francis’ “permission” for Holy Communion to be administered to public adulterers who purport to have “remarried” and who intend to continue to engage in sexual relations outside of Holy Matrimony. Coccopalmerio wrote a booklet in defense of this scandal when he was still head of the Pontifical Council for the Interpretation of Legislative Texts.
And it was he who, in an interview linked by LifeSite, declared that homosexual “unions” — which he describes as merely “illicit” rather than gravely disordered and depraved — contain “positive elements” and that “rather than closing one’s eyes to such positive realities, I emphasize them. This involves being objective and recognizing objectively the positive [elements] in a certain relationship, even if illicit in itself.” In other words, when it comes to sodomy, we must, according to Coccopalmerio, “accentuate the positive.” Which would mean in practice that there is no longer any Sixth Commandment absolutely forbidding intrinsically evil sexual conduct under pain of eternal damnation but only a Sixth Suggestion for Self-Improvement. And this from a “Church leader” who was found in the midst of a homosexual orgy by Vatican police. It seems Coccopalmerio is the convenient beneficiary of his own advice.
As “Father Z” observes in his blog post on this latest revelation of Vatican corruption, “the roof of the Roman church to which as a cardinal Cocco was assigned collapsed during August 2018….” This church, the church of San Giuseppe dei Falegnami (St. Joseph of the Carpenters), was “new to the list of titular churches for cardinals,” having been specially assigned to “Cocco.” It “stands at the edge of the ancient Roman Forum, above the Mamertine prison where Sts. Peter and Paul were incarcerated. I don’t think that St. Joseph approve[s] of drug-fueled sodomy parties literally in the shadow of the dome of St. Peter.”
Meanwhile, the Synod on Youth and Blah, Blah, Blah barrels its way toward the predetermined destination of “welcoming” and “listening to” “LGBT Christians,” to allude to remarks by pro-Gay Bishop Marcello Semeraro, the very secretary of Francis’ Council of Cardinals, while
“English speaking group C” declares in its report that the Synod must affirm “that young people who don’t agree with the Church on sex are still members of the Church.”
Yes, Rome is occupied. But not merely by humans bent on destroying the moral foundations of the Faith. As “Father Z” rightly concludes:
“I think that an experienced exorcist should go over the whole of the Palazzo Sant’Uffizio, where that party took place. Demons attach themselves to places where certain sins are committed. And that exorcist shouldn’t be limited to that one palazzo. The Devil is good at what he does and he tells us what he is up to. Having drug/sodomy parties in the building where the CDF and where the office that oversees the use of the Traditional Roman Rite and the new traditional religious institutes are housed is a dead give-away. THAT’s precisely the sort of place to attach and infest with demonic presence. It’s a stone’s throw from the very place Peter was crucified.”
Every sign points to a divine chastisement as the only way out of Rome’s invasion by the Adversary. Only God knows the day and the hour of that dramatic resolution of the worst crisis in Church history. This much, however, is certain: it will involve the Consecration of Russia to Mary’s Immaculate Heart.

Nero's persecutions, various other Roman persecutions, the Aryan heresy, the advent of Islam, the Reformation...just off the top of my head. I'm sure a quick scan of church history would turn up more. The current crisis, though real, is very penny-ante stuff by comparison.
I think not. And I’m teaching the RCIA class on Church History two weeks from now, so I’ve been immersed in two thousand years of trouble (”All times are dangerous times” — St. Teresa of Avila) and I intend to focus on the major crises as having particular contemporary relevance.

I read it. And disagree with it. The Borgia popes quite likely had as little real “faith” as Bergoglio, and the heirarchy was as corrupt or more corrupt, just about a different set of sins.
Even in the worst crises of the past -— Arianism, Eastern Schism, Western Schism, Protestant revolt -— the Church still had a Bishop of Rome who, though an incompetent or a Judas Priest within himself, was at least outwardly a visible symbol of the stability of doctrine and the liturgical/sacramental life of the Faith. Even when there were three simultaneous claimants to the See of Peter!
This is the only time, as far as I can tell, where you have a man on the Seat of Peter who is committed to the subversion of doctrine and the subtle (and sometimes blatant) repudiation of the authentic Papal Magisterium.
Strange days, you know, when the chief of the opponents of the Papal Magisterium is the Pope.

I think we’re now living in the era of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart and here’s why.
In 1886 Pope Leo XIII has a vision of the devil and Jesus having a conversation in which the devil asks Jesus for 75 to 100 years and more influence over men’s wills who would serve him. Pope Leo quickly pens the Saint Michael the Archangel prayer that was said after almost every mass for many years up until the 60s. In 1917 Our Lady of Fatima appears and basically says that there’s going to be some tough times ahead and if you want to get out of it you’re going to need to consecrate Russia to her Immaculate Heart but she says... BUT in the end my Immaculate Heart will Triumph.
So fast forward to 2018 when Stephen Willeford is taking a nap on his easy chair in his bare feet when he partially awakes to what he thinks is tapping on the window, his daughter rushes in and it wakes him the rest of the way and says “Dad they’re shooting at the church” he gets up from his easy chair, tells tells his daughter to stay there and start loading another magazine and himself grabs a handful of. 223 rounds, a magazine and heads out the door towards the church in his bare feet, where the shootings is, only 40 yards away from his front door, as he loads the magazine with an AR tucked under his arm he must have only loaded a few rounds just before the shooter exits the front door of the church.
I’ve loaded an AR and it’s hard to imagine how fast Stephen, a former NRA instructor, must have had to jam in the partially loaded magazine and pull the charging handle and acquire his target. The shooter is all dressed in black, apparently wearing body armor and is only about 20 yards away when Stephen is forced to engage him, he gets off a few rounds and unknowingly tags him in the side where the body armor is thinest.
Watching all this transpire from his pickup truck stopped at the intersection is young Johnny Langendorf. After the injured gunman drives off Steven approaches Johnny’s pickup truck in his bare feet and motions that they must pursue the fleeing gunman, Johnny reaches over and unlocks the pickup door and lets Steven into his vehicle, Stephen not knowing exactly how many rounds he was able to load into the magazine pulls the magazine from the AR revealing only one round left in the mag, with one round in the chamber they ONLY HAVE TWO ROUNDS LEFT. Not knowing what may be in the attackers arsenal they proceeded to pursue the gunman at a high rate of speed. When they catch up to the mass murderer he pulls off the road and stops. Steven Wilfred still in his bare feet cautiously approaches the gunman’s vehicle with his AR trained on the driver side door when he hears shouts from behind him “drop your weapon, step out of the vehicle” thinking the state police may have mistaken him for the gunman he begins to lower his AR down to the ground when he hears more shouts “not you.”
Steven could have said yes to the devil so many times when he heard the tapping on the window from his easy chair, he could have thought this is a job for the police, not me, I need to stay here and protect my daughter, I should put some shoes on first but he didn’t. If Steven paused for just a moment to put on his shoes or load up a full magazine the gunman would have driven off before he even got out the door. Instead he took hold of the moment, said no to the devil, rose to the challenge and probably landed the first rounds that stopped the killer’s deadly rampage. Johnny Langendorf could have just driven away or refused to persue the killer, go after him with only two rounds, are you crazy? No, good men did not only NOT do nothing but did not even hesitate in doing the right things greatly risking their own personal safety.
That was just the event that opened my eyes to the possibility that we are now in the era of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart. Certainly over the last hundred years there are countless tales of extraordinary heroism but these were two ordinary men that defied the devils many temptations to indifference.
There are so many more recent such examples that give me great hope and optimism for this sinful world. I believe the fight is not over but good men have been released from the devil’s shackels and more are joining the battle against evil each day.
With good men back in the fight this mess in His Church will be cleaned up in short order, the mere fact that any of this ugliness has even been revealed is encouraging that “what has been done in darkness will be brought into the light” and can now be addressed by the laity.
We each need to consider our eternity and how we desire to spend it. I choose life.
