Sochi, October 19, Interfax - Russia would use nuclear weapons only after it is certain that a potential aggressor has launched a strike on it, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.
"Our strategy of nuclear weapons use doesn't envision a preemptive strike. Our concept is a launch under attack," Putin said at the plenary session of the Valdai Club in Sochi.
This means that Russia is ready to use and would use nuclear weapons "only when we are certain that someone, a potential aggressor, is delivering a strike on Russia."
The essence of Russia's launch-under-attack nuclear strategy is that "the aggressor should know: revenge is inevitable, and it will be destroyed anyway," he said.
"And we, as victims of aggression, will go straight to paradise as martyrs, while they will simply pop off," Putin said, causing the audience to laugh. "Because they won't even have time to regret," he said.
If you love his humor so much, try living under it.

I’ve been expecting a false flag or two by Democrats. My prediction was the last two weeks of October (which have started, of course) to first week of November. It would have to happen by November 4-5, I think at the latest.
Because they would want to influence regular voting (too late for some mail-ins by that date).

Historically many school shootings happen within a mile or so of an active drill, time after time after time. The drill is NEVER at the site of the shooting, but is close enough to give cover for a larger than usual LEO presence in the area, and ‘splain away a faster that usual (but often ineffectual) response.
If I were a parent of school age children, I’d watch for an anti-terrorist drill scheduled for my area and find a damned good reason to keep my kids home that day.
ESPECIALLY if they need to knock a Hillary!™ scandal off the front pages!

I’ve got my marker on 10/31, as the celebration of Halloween will provide a stark contrast to terrorism, and the costumes will add to the confusion.
I should say she’s CLAIMING Tuesday is Elul 29. Elul 29 happened in September. She’s claiming the calendar is a month off. I’m not reinforcing that.
