Why do they need a special message of inclusion to a Church that says all are welcome? The Church will never condone the sins people commit, but none are turned away from entering.
They want the "inclusion" of defining their sins as not sins.

"But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner—not even to eat with such a person." 1 Cor 5:11
The purpose of a church service is the gathering of believers to worship Christ. The purpose of a church is not to allow the unrepentant to attend until they convert believers to accept their sin.
