Seems like everything, including Peter’s denial, had a purpose—maybe to strengthen his faith for the road ahead?
Amen. I have been through some horrible stuff, and at the time, could NOT understand why God would allow these things to happen to me.
Looking back, I am able to see how these tragedies have helped prepare me for ministry.
