Well that’s a different story because he’s under control of the Vatican hierarchy, he says and does what they tell him to do and this Particular Pope goes along pretty easy as he is a globalist himself.
Marriage is dead due to feminism and unrestrained hypergamy.
Bible warns men to stay away from certain types of women, and almost all modern women are those types of women.
Its more biblical for men NOT to marry given the state of wome and the biblical warnings.

My Lutheran synod is an historic and steady synod with conservative leadership, bible-based pastors, seminary and congregations, thank God......despite several decades of attempted takeovers and infiltrations by leftist Lutheran activists.
Beware the radical ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church in America), an unbiblical-based synod which harbors freaks like the womyn pastor portrayed on this thread.

“Devastated adult children” ... I guess they don’t matter in a hedonistic society that has turned its back on the Lord.
One thing I will say for my parents is that they never turned their backs on each other over 47 years. My father was probably the most fundamentally decent person I have ever known. My mother, on the other hand, was organized, thrifty, and hard working, but also burdened with a short fuse and a sharp tongue. A lot of men wouldn’t have put up with her temper and moodiness, but my father was old school all the way.
My mother was informed by both Dad and myself (once I got old enough to be considered a responsible young adult) that her outbursts were incredibly hurtful to us. But nothing changed — and I honestly believe she was unable to understand her own conduct.
Still, at least they stuck together — and Mom and I stuck together as well, as I took early retirement to care for her in her final years. This was not something I would have volunteered for but there was simply no one else to do it.
At a time when abandonment is a defining feature of family life, I suppose that counts for something.
It counts for a lot. I suspect that for this, both you and your father might one day hear, "Well done, good and faithful," from our Lord.

Overall, women tend to be more fickle, men more steadfast in their affections. Ever hear of “woman and children first.” Traditional males have died to protect women.

Not all Lutheran churches are like this disgrace. For one, the Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod does not even allow women pastors, so that eliminates a lot of hard left heresy right there.
