The world really is upside down. Maybe there is something in the water. During this past election I visited an otherwise rock solid Pro-Life group on FB, but they were enamored with “Beto” O roarke because they believed he cared more for women of color than Cruz. No amount of logic could convince them that a Democrat pro-abortion senator might be bad for the unborn. They actually bought the idea that opening more Planned Parenthood clinics in urban slums is good for women’s health.
It almost makes me want to give up ever reading, talking about, or thinking about politics in this country. The level of ignorance is breathtaking. If the Vatican is going to go ahead and back abortion, too, then the world really has gone nuts.
