It would be a different thing for you or I to marry a sister than for Any of Adam and Eve’s original children to marry their sister. There were no other people, and the Gene pool had not advanced as much in corruption as it has by now. So yes “technically” it could be defined as incest, but it wouldn’t have been the same.
