Bishop Morlino is a fantastic bishop, extremely supportive of the TLM, and very outspoken against Francis' garbage. He has also been very outspoken about the abuse crisis, emphasizing that it's caused by homosexuality (not clericalism).
Fr. John Zuhlsdorf is currently assigned to him, although I understand that Fr. Zuhlsdorf's boss is technically Cardinal Francis Arinze.
