Abortion is not a crime, but it’s far from morally right. Same with homosexual marriage.

And the appeal of *I didn’t know it was a crime* does NOT excuse him at all in the least of not knowing that it was MORALLY wrong and a sin.

God isn’t going to want to be hearing excuses when His moral law is pretty clear on the issues of sexual morality and harming children.

She was also the mother of at least 6 other children, because they did the evil deed (sex) 👍 Her son James, the half brother of Jesus, was the head of the Jerusalem church. Peter was NOT. He wrote the book of James. Another half brother of Jesus, Jude, wrote the book of Jude.

I find it strange when a modern faith community claims to be Bible based and ignores the scriptures for its own cultural traditions. As much as the Samaritans claimed to be genuine and follow the scriptures, they were not. Salvation is of the Jews, not the Samaritans. The Samaritans came later, after the rebellion of the Northern Kingdom against Judah, and after their lineage was mixed with the Gentiles resettled in the land by the Assyrians.

No one is ignoring the scriptures, bro. I just disagree with 90% of your interpretations of scripture, that’s all. Besides that, when I was a catholic, many decades ago, I was always told, that if I was going to read the Bible, I needed a priest to interpret scripture for me. Did you do that, or are you relying on your own personal interpretation of scripture?
And another thing, would I be correct in assuming you have no assurance of salvation? If you don’t, then I feel sorry for you. Assurance of salvation, is a beautiful thing. I know, since I have it.
Now, I think I will go read the Book of James, and the book of Jude. You know, the half brothers of Jesus, the natural sons of Mary and Joseph. I am sure it doesn’t take a brain surgeon, to figure out how all those other children of Mary and Joseph came along.
