If the students don’t like this professor, they can quit and study elsewhere.

All any Christian need say is that their existence
is a supreme sacrifice in Christ
That a Christian is under submission to Christ.

That the Bible, to them, is The Word Of God
They Must Honor God’s Word

And God’s Word has very specific things it says about Homosexual acts
It is not my/your opinion that matters
It is not, ultimately, the Laws of Caesar that matter

Only God’s Word, and our relationship with Jesus

If they don’t like that, tell them to take it up with THE BOSS

The students are being discriminatory against the professor’s opinion.

These are tomorrow’s catholics that will insist on the catholic church sanctioning homosexuality and married homosexual priests. It’s coming, just like I’ve been saying. Either Frankie or his replacement will make it so.

John Finnis is brilliant. His “Moral Absolutes” book from 1991 is clear and concise.
Virtue is always accepted and vice is always rejected.
A person with same sex attraction has a temporary trauma that can be addressed and removed. Then he can go back to being a happy straight person.
People who protest the brilliant author of “Moral Absolutes” show off their vice and lack of reasoning skills.

Dr Finnis is a friend of my late Father, also a scholar of Natural Law.

Among their group were also Germain Grisez, Joe Boyle and Peter Lee at Franciscan Univ.

The students need to learn this:

Catechism of the Catholic Church

2357 Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience an exclusive or predominant sexual attraction toward persons of the same sex. It has taken a great variety of forms through the centuries and in different cultures. Its psychological genesis remains largely unexplained. Basing itself on Sacred Scripture, which presents homosexual acts as acts of grave depravity, tradition has always declared that "homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered." They are contrary to the natural law. They close the sexual act to the gift of life. They do not proceed from a genuine affective and sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.
