NBC News reports that Muslims in the Middle East are so utterly horrified by the violence of ISIS (Islamic State) jihadis that they are converting to Christianity. In Syria, there is a new church made up of mostly former Muslims who are now Christians.
We can all look forward to the impact these apostates will have now that ISIS no longer controls their area. David Wood discusses the issue.

ISIS’ message is of murder, rape. theft, and torture. What’s not to like?
I read in an NGO report from the ME Region that there were 21,000 converts to Christianity in N. Syria during the past 4 years. From conversations over that time, I think the number is far higher than that.
Many were already practicing in some manner, but decided it was safe enough to admit it.
It is still very risky. I have a Muslim to Christian convert friend in Egypt too. And another Egyptian friend who was Christian all along, have known him for about 6 years, he just did not wear the label in public.
These are good things.
Interesting that, historically, repression has helped to fan the spread of Christianity.
