We’re supposed to believe this writer with who has an axe to grind? The Pope ain’t my cup of tea but the bigger issue with the media is their left wing anti-catholic bias. Taking it up the ass is a problem the church will have to deal with and really haven’t up to now. So you throw out the baby with the bath water?

When the "baby" is Jorge Bergoglio: Yes!

One thing that keeps coming back to me is this quote from the ever-so-gay-enthusiastic New York Times (in their recent article about those wistful old fellows --- ahem ---clericalizing each other in the rectories):

"The stories of gay priests are unspoken, veiled from the outside world, known only to one another, if they are known at all."

If they're so very-very closeted and privacy-loving and so very-very secret, how credible are the people (including this author Frederic Martel, and of course including the New York Times) who claim to KNOW ALL ABOUT IT?

Not to minimize the problem of gay clergy--- and it's huge and horrid --- I still maintain the reasonable caveat that it's still 5% information and 95% insinuation.
