Pope, you have not allowed priests and nuns to marry persons of the opposite gender. Then they wouldn’t be abusing kids.
Instead, what he has done is embrace known deviates and bring them into the Vatican circle of power.
Sanctimonious hypocrite.
Sex.
Words have a gender. People have a sex.
The thing that no one wants to talk about is that most of the abused are male.
And no matter how much they may want it to be otherwise the vast majority of the abuse is homosexual in nature. Which is logical. When your entire identity is centered on who makes your sexual organs twitch then chastity or celibacy is not going to happen.
They have failed to keep homosexuals out. That is what they failed to do.
And then they subscribed to the modern idea that with "counseling" such people can be fixed.
They can not.
