It covers the Hamas rockets, the problem of Hezbollah which has been outlawed in Britain as many of you know, the dilemma of American Jews who see the party that they usually vote for turning a blind eye to anti-Semitism, and last, the story of the day:
The New Zealand shooter was not anti-Muslim, according to his own manifesto, but anti-immigrant. He resented the attempted usurpation of the West by the East and the attempted overtaking of the white race. Of course many Muslims are technically considered white, but Amir doesn't discuss that part of it. He just points out that the act was not anti-Muslim. This is in no way an excuse for his behavior. He was clearly nuts. But it is not exactly as it is being portrayed in the news.
The NY Times may have read the manifesto too, because they used the word "white" to describe the killer as many times as they could possibly squeeze it in. Anyway, it helps to know what kind of insanity we are dealing at any specified time.
