Have you been there? I have, and its not what you think or what I thought it would be like.
No political correctness etc. There is not the animosity there, like we are seeing here. Its like stepping back in time a bit to the way it used to be.

I lived there for a while and we still own an apartment in Cheboksary. I agree with you 100%.
I have fallen in love with the country, the culture, the resistance to the politically correct crap we're dealing with here, and the people. In fact, I married a Russian gal. She is the most loving person I have ever met in my life!!
