Soon after the November attack at Ohio State University, we learned the Somali Muslim perpetrator had been welcomed to the United States as a refugee by Catholic Charities of Dallas. This bit of news caught my attention because years ago I worked there for a brief time.
In the early 1990s after graduating from college, I served there for a year as part of a volunteer stipend program, helping immigrants caught here illegally prepare their cases for immigration court. My roommates worked on the refugee resettlement side, helping newly arrived families with refugee status...

This passage indicates that the immigrants he was helping were apprehended in an illegal manner - e.g., without probable cause.
I suspect that the author made a mistake here, and was actually referring to helping illegal aliens to prepare their cases.

there is one religion, Christianity/Judaism, which can be “freely expressed” as Jesus did, without ever committing any wrong against man or God. thus, it is already the only religious and moral Standard to which the 1st Amendment can rationally apply as framed by our Founders.

Sadly, given the Pope they have today, and what they’re doing through NGOs to destroy Europe and the US through mass migration, is giving money to Catholic Church all that different than Jews giving money to the German Nazi Party in the early 1930s?
