1 Peter 4:11 If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ. To him be the glory and the power for ever and ever. Amen.
We humble ourselves before you, Lord and give you praise and glory and say hallowed is your name. Thank you for the blessings you give us every day. Thank you that you have put us in this place at this time. We ask that you forgive us our sins and help us to repent from them. Father, help this nation turn back to you in a mighty, mighty way. Cause your light to shine through your people and become a desirable becon to all those who don't know you.
Lord, we thank you for this President and Vice President and ask your protection over them. We pray that they would seek you for wisdom and discernment in everything they do. Fill them full of your Holy Spirit. There are evil forces coming against them at every turn, but we know that you are still in control and that nothing is impossible for you. We pray Psalm 3 over all our leaders.
Father, please protect the unborn. Thank you for those who are signing the heartbeat bills. We pray for their strength and continued courage to stand and face the enemy. Open the eyes of the spiritually blind and those who are decieved so that they would know the truth. Send your heavenly angels to surround the children who are being abused and give them pathways of escape.
Help us Lord to always remember that you are bigger than any problem we could ever face and that you know even each hair on our heads. You are a prayer answering God and your word calls us to ask, seek and knock. We continue to knock. We continue to seek your face and we ask in the matchless name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen
