CA is quickly becoming a police state.
I never dreamed the State I was born in, grew up in, worked in, got married in, bought my home in would turn on me the way it has.
I am not familiar with the referenced law. But the law sound like a smoking-gun violation of the 14th Amendment (14A).
From the 14th Amendment:
"Section 1: All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States [emphasis added]; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.”
"Section 5: The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article."
So are California lawmakers swearing to protect and defend the Constitution without first reading it?
On the other hand, why should California lawmakers need to concern themselves about the feds enforcing 1st Amendment applied to the states by 14A since federal lawmakers arguably haven't read the Constitution either?
All patriots in the nation need to rescue this California facility from failed federal and state governments by electing a new patriot Congress in the 2020 elections that will not only promise to support PDJT’s vision for MAGA, but will also make punitive laws to discourage state actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.
