Speaking of the flood. Ever heard of the dino fossilized footprints at Clayton Lake Park in NM?
Those footprints run for miles all the way to Colorado - some go over a few hundred. Mostly Sauropods and carninvores.

One Creationist theory is that while it rained, it didn’t come down all at once and may have taken several weeks to flood and kill everything off.

These dinos seemed to have ‘ran’ towards higher ground and all went in the same direction so as to try to hold out on that higher ground. The only reason we see those footprints is because they immediately fossilized with the sediment and cover of the flood - like a vast tsunami covering them up. Same reason we see dinosaur bones.

In the Chihuahua Desert in Chihuahua, Mexico - the mountains there have an elevation well over 5,000 ft. Since the climate is dry and vegetation scarce, you can see on the tip tops of each mountain peak a “water-line”. It’s possible the water line in that part of the world stayed there for decades or centuries in order to create those marks.

I guess I could speculate till I am blue in the face. I have no idea how long it took to kill off everything in the Flood. My opinion is, the entire earth was tropical, and this is when the earth was tipped about 23 degrees on its axis. I think this is when the mountain ranges were formed too. The post diluvian world, was radically different from the ante diluvian world. No wonder Noah drank. 😁 He and his family were the only ones who saw both worlds, and I am sure it was a traumatic experience. I have a feeling he saw the bodies of dead Titans, already fossilized and fused into the landscape, since they were utterly gigantic. Their fathers, the fallen angels had to witness the Titan wars, before they were slapped in chains, and shipped off to Tartarus. As in the days of Noah.

Off the southwestern coast of Cuba there are remains of buildings. These remains are 2000 feet below the water surface. Clearly, at some point land masses dropped and became water covered. Off the coast of Japan are massive structures below hundreds of feet of Ocean. Clearely water levels rose to cover these ruins.

The Ice Age covered a huge portion of land masses. IF this Ice (miles thick) were melted suddenly, like by a massive meteor or meteors strike, the deluge would be almost unimaginable. Likewise, huge lakes formed by Ice melting but damned up by Ice dams could be suddenly released all over the globe.
