“On another note, FR I find is usually full of intelligent people, so Id be very shocked to find anyone here believing in a theory (evolution) “
There are many intelligent people on FR that believe in evolution.
“Dr. Frances C. Collins ..”
Now you are citing evolutionists!
Your post makes no sense.
Scientist - who understands probability
“Scientist - who understands probability”
Scientist - who believes in evolution!
Cute.
You are the biggest BSer.
Good for you.
“Is this [...] something a loving intelligence would design in?”
By the way. You’ve moved in to theology not biology. The above us theology.
It’s funny, in these “arguments” evolutionists end up trying to argue theology and creationists try to argue science.
Dr. Frances C. Collins ..
Now you are citing evolutionists!

Collins is also a creationist in that he believes God created the universe.
“Cute.”
Yep. It is cute ti find you citing a scientist who believes in evolution.
You might be interested in reading his book. He is so amazed at the “accident” of the balance of the universe and the four forces, that he says anyone who can do that could set up evolution in a way it would work.
Impact player at least puts it out there.
He puts out what he thinks.
It’s there to be looked at, judged, criticized. Any flaws and mistakes are put forth boldly, willing to be scrutinized.
TexasGator is too cowardly to do that.
“Yep. It is cute ti find you citing a scientist who believes in evolution.”
What?
I didn’t cite anyone.
You’re mixed up.
I’ve looked at Collins web site in the past.
I was always a Venter guy (for various reasons). I’m not sure I remember what I used to think of Collins. He has a positive image in my perception now.
OK.
But it is definitely all ‘M’ath!
“Collins is also a creationist in that he believes God created the universe.”
Thanks for acknowledging that you accept Collin’s scientific position on evolution.
I have no problem with his position on evolution.
Why would you think I do?
I see. The M in STEM.
“Each cell has over 3 Gbits of error-free information”
Perhaps you have never heard of cancer.
“Why would you think I do?”
Where did you read what I think?
