the Gay and Lesbian Services Organization’s (now called the Pride Community Services Organization) request to print shirts for the Lexington Pride Festival.

As if there aren't any other (non-Christian) printing shops that they could make this request of..../s

The ‘Christian’ part of the business name got the attention of the attention-mongering Leftist weirdos....

I am in the promotional products industry. Among many other things I supply imprinted clothing and sportswear including t-shirts. I have a large variety of suppliers. Every one of my suppliers has a disclaimer that they have the right to refuse to print anything that violates their standards.

In our industry suppliers have always had the last word on what they will print on products.

That said most of them have jumped on the queer rainbow bandwagon because they see that as a great way to make money. The number of emails I got from suppliers pushing products with gay rainbows on them during gay pride month got to be somewhat nauseating.

How come there’s never any counter-suits in these cases for people attempting to suppress someone’s religious freedom?

Another case of harassment and persecution of Christians. There are other tee shirt printers in KY that would print those shirts.

Two can play this ridiculous game. Just go to your local liberal-owned tee-shirt shop and ask them to make MAGA shirts.

They are a publisher, not a platform.

And don’t forget, libs, they are a “private business and don’t have to give a platform to anyone they don’t want”.

This is the kind of push-back needed against the fascist faggots. Can’t believe it has taken years, and that they would drag this little T shirt company this far. I say it is time to remove all social accomodation from these deviant destroyers of Civilization and common decency. Drive them back under the rocks they crawled out from under. Even the harmless swishy hairdresser on nightly sitcoms. They aren’t as harmless as portrayed, and should be given no quarter.

Why don’t these brownshirts go to another shop to have their pervert shirts made up?

I wonder what would happen if someone went to a gay owned business and asked them to print MAGA t-shirts?

I am not anti-gay. I think gays should be provided with many rights such as medical prerogatives provided to married couples. But I do not want gay life style to become a “protected class” such as race, religion or country of origin. Then everyone would be forced to bake a cake or take a photo that is not in accordance with their beliefs.

Look at the product....I hardly consider Gay shirts as some kind of right and can’t consider it a loss....since you never got them and paid nothing.

I think this is an easier case than the cake. The whole purpose of the shirt was speech.

The lgbtq militants goal is to eradicate any opposition to their political and social advancement. Christian businesses are the primary targets, as they are the most powerful obstacle to forced compliance. The plan is to bombard the courts with these cases until they can crack the stronghold, with the aid of democrat appointed judges. As usual, they know that eventually, they will get the courts to turn in their favor. They are relentless in their attacks, and the opposition eventually gets weary.

Thank you for referencing that article marshmallow. Please note that the following critique is directed at the good people of Kentucky and not at you.

With all due respect to Kentucky FReepers, how are 14th Amendment (14A) protections so difficult to understand that what appears to be a reasonably clear case of abridgment of 14A enumerated protections by local, anti-Christian state actors has to go to a state’s supreme court to be resolved?

I surmise that 14A protections are not being taught in Kentucky schools.

Regarding 14A protections, patriots who value their 1st Amendment-protected freedoms of religious expression and free speech please note that that Acts 22:25-29 shows that Apostle Paul claimed his Roman citizenship to get out of a flogging.
