[Catholic Caucus] Pope Peron

Argentine Catholics say Bergoglio rose to power as a ruthless chameleon.

I am still in Buenos Aires collecting stories about Jorge Bergoglio. Some of them are real doozies; others are too sketchy and explosive to repeat.

One persistent and widespread story about Bergoglio is that he used bailing out bad priests as a form of leverage over them.

“Bergoglio would call up those investigating, say, a pederast priest and tell them to back off,” a Buenos Aires Church insider told me. “He then would inform the offending priest of his intervention and then use that to extract total obedience from him.” Many such priests were in Bergoglio’s debt.

This Pope.... I’m not sure he’s even Christian let alone Catholic.... from his pronouncements he seems more a pagan communist than anything else.

He was 77 when elected.... how much longer will he be around?!

I hope the next Pope is more John Paul II than Francis.....

No quotations, no sources, no names, no places, no titles, no dates, no references, no x-cks, no confirmations, nothing in writing, no witnesses, no authorities, but plenty of flamboyant declarations...

this is Neymayr all right. Is there any reason to believe anything in this article?

From observing the pope’s own words and actions, we can see he’s a bully and a radical. So it’s easy to mutter “yes, ah ha, I knew it!” while reading Neumayr. But he’s vindictive and unprofessional. All his articles have this patina of hysteria.

Your hatred of Neumayr has been quite obvious; but to correct your criticism of this article: there were plenty of quotations in it.

Have you ever considered Neumayr’s sorces, whether they work at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception, Archbishop Gregory’s chancery or residents of Buenos Aries, may wish to keep there identities anonymous? Why do you think Archbishop Vigan is in hiding for fear of the dictator pope’s wrath?

You appear to be calling Neumayr a liar.
