Lord God, we may not know what tomorrow holds, but we know WHO holds tomorrow.
We stand together against evil forces of this world and pray for those in the dark to seek the light and the truth that is only found in you. We pray in Jesus’ name!

We have long known President Trump would be under vicious and unending attacks when you brought him into office. However few really recognized his opposition were and are more than willing to diabolically destroy this country at any cost in order to regain their power, control and wealth access. We have watched this happening now week upon week and daily from the right and left - both in and out office as well as on the International stage. Yet he continues to stand and move our nation forward as is possible under such conditions.
Lord, we know it is only by your hand He stands or falls so to you we appeal on His behalf and this of our country's future....Protect his heart and mind Lord as he takes the undeserved attacks....lift his spirit above the fray to continue his course you have set him on. ...surround him only with those you know will advise him according to your will and purposes as he walks this dangerous path forced upon him by the ungodly...and in return bring your mighty hand against those who oppose him in the time and place of your choosing.
We pray you give us and his supporters patience and the ability to stand with him regardless of how the political climate shifts as we know you work behind the scenes beyond our sight.... We trust your almighty hands are in motion, that you are and will be bringing solutions and counter moves to those who are fighting with and for our president. It is a war Lord and one you saw long before it arrived.
And Father...we do ask this all be done for your glory and honor and your victory over the wiles of men..In Jesus great and powerful name above all names, both now and forever more...Amen

Thank you so much for the link, Hiskid. Until today I had not had time to view it. I had earlier read a negative (anti-Trump) review complaining how Trump sounded dispirited, tired and defeated. My take is that he was being zealously careful—overcompensating, in fact—so as not to sound rhetorically or emotionally inflammatory as he said things that are directly confrontational to other nations.
He is also well aware that when any leader addresses the UN, scores of simultaneous translators are rendering the speech into different languages on the spot. He spoke slowly and avoided his usual jokes, sarcasms, deviations from the script and raucous tone that characterizes his rallies out of courtesy for this vital process, so that his prepared words could be understood at first hearing, and would carefully match the written version and translations that are routinely distributed from every keynote speech to other UN nations.
It becomes wearisome to have to "mentally explain" these fundamentals of foreign relations while reading our dumbed-down, haughtily virtue-signalling media who also lack the fundamental knowledge of American, UN and world history and don't care to find out before spewing opinion.
Lord God,
Please protect us from viral negativity, whether from germs entering our bodies or by ignorance entering our minds via social media. Lord God, please protect our President and shield him from the impact of constant filthy lies just as you have oiled the feathers of ducks and installed camouflage in the cells of small animals. Shield his heart, Lord, and shield his mind and decision-making powers. Keep his mind on Your Divine guidance. Shield his family from harm so that he will not be disabled by heartbreak. Keep Melania safe and strong, and Lord God, please bless Melania and Barron especially with a sure awareness of Your presence in and around them at all times.
