The Pope doesn’t really believe, does he?
That’s what this story makes me think.
Nor the other nincompoops bowing down to a carved idol.
Do they think this is OK because it’s not made of gold?
All I can say is that he’s been reported to deny Hell exists, atheists can go to Heaven, Jesus Christ was not God until His Resurrection, the miracle of the loaves was not a miracle, Jesus faked anger in the temple, the Blessed Mother gave in to the sin of despair, etc. And Bergoglio has refused to deny any of the above reports.
