From MY reading, all sacrifices were to be done at the tabernacle. If a sacrifice was not proper, the person offering could buy another better sacrifice for the offering, however, BOTH dedicated sacrifices would still belong to the Lord as they had been dedicated.
Since I doubt the priests would have accepted a human sacrifice, even though dedicated, a replacement was in order, but the daughter would still belong to the Tabernacle as she was dedicated to the Lord.
