Actually, clergy have a duty to report underage sex abuse in many States.
I’m not a mormon, but Good job. Proud of them for turning in a crook. No hiding behind the collar and covering up for them like some others have done.
Kristine Johnson essentially wants her family, including her husband, to get a $9.5 million reward for sexually abusing a child. It’s a civil suit, but the judge should throw her in jail until she develops a conscience. Will take a long time.

In U.S. law there is a principle that some communcations are beyond the power of the state to compel testimony, such as between spouses or the confessional.
