I think there are a lot less Christians in the United States than is being reported. The chief problem is: there are a lot of people who think they are Christians....and they are not. Our culture doesn't support the proposition of being a Christian nation.
I agree; given the negative birthrate of Americans, the number of children born out of wedlock, and the number of babies aborted each year, I see little Christianity in the US. Lip service, but no real faith translated into action.
