No, if one or both of your parents are foreign nationals you are born with more than one nationality, thus not naturally an American.
Only citizen parents can give birth to natural born citizens.
Foreign nationals give birth to foreign nationals.
You do not have undivided loyalty.
Which is the language used at the constitutional convention and is what the requirement is all about.
Geography isn’t the point. Loyalty to America alone is the point.
If one of your parents was born in a different country you MIGHT be "entitled." That is, if "different" means Asian Oriental, African and Latino (every place south of our border).
No-no countries: Any European, Australia, Canada and America...that is, white. ALL other countries are P.C.
That is what most of the media put out. Minorities rule many T.V. shows and movies. The T.V. minorities are shoved down our throats and stay on even if they get ONE viewer.
The T.V. programs that draw oodles of fans are ones like BLUE BLOODS.
However people who go to movies choose and minority movies are not the blockbusters that some would wish for.
