“When we fail to acknowledge as part of reality the worth of a poor person, a human embryo, a person with disabilities – to offer just a few examples – it becomes difficult to hear the cry of nature itself; everything is connected.”

The apostate pope can't even bring himself to say a "human child"; no wonder he admires Italy's premier abortionist, Emma Bonino, as on of Italy's "forgotten greats".

I don't fault Pope Francis, in the above-cited context, for calling an unborn child a human embryo. In this context, they are synonymous: as much as to say a human toddler, a human adolescent, a human of any age or condition. He is saying they all have to be recognized as human in reality.

There's plenty more you *can* legitimately fault him for. His embrace of the unrepentant, proud-of-her-evil Emma Bonino for one: acceptance without repentance is not the work of Christ.
