I’m pointing out that the Apostles would not recognize the pagan beliefs and rituals Rome added.

Just like the assemblies in Revelation 2 who had their lamp stand removed by Christ, Rome lost hers long ago.

If you think being one of Christ’s assemblies means it will always be one, read Revelation 2.
