The judge should demand an explanation of the police state tactics. Will he?
I’m thinking that is simply a poorly worded sentence. Were there photos of cops dumping nails on the road? Or did the photo show nails on the road, just as they showed the man with the sign?
There is zero evidence the police were involved in putting nails on the road. Those nails were there before police arrived.
This was also not a “drive-in” service. This article gets about everything wrong.
