You appear to want an argument refarding Gen 6:2 regarding the sons of God. I’ll pass on your challenge. I hold the sons of God were/are Angels.
You got me wrong, I wasn’t challenging you I just asked for a reference so I could look up what you were asking about and discuss the matter. If your reference was to the “sons of God” in Gen. 6 them my answer would have been that I don’t know what it means. I don’t think anyone else does for sure either. I’ve heard the angel theory along with several others, but I don’t find them persuasive, it all seems pure speculation. Nobody is able to make a strong argument based on scripture. The angel interpretation is as good as any other but I don’t find it persuasive although it’s possible. I don’t know because scripture is just not clear on the point.
