Encouraging message about reopening Catholic Churches in Oregon/Archdiocese of Portland.
Recommendation as well as some restrictions are still in place.
Possibility of more Masses with 25 parishioners at each Mass.

I believe some priests are going to start with the First Communion classes. 5 children and their families could come close to that 25 limit.
