[Catholic Caucus] Cardinal Müller Calls an Archbishop "Another Example of Disastrous Theological Formation"

The Church isn't an agency subordinated to the state, and no bishop has the right to ban the Eucharist, Cardinal Gerhard Müller told LaNuovaBq.it (May 7).

He criticises that priests were punished for celebrating Mass with a few people by their bishops, “This means they conceive themselves as state officials.”

Müller reminds that “our Supreme Pastor is Jesus Christ, not [the Italian Prime Minister] Giuseppe Conte." And, “The State has its task, but the Church has her own.”

Exceptional circumstances like a prison may allow for live-streamed Masses, Müller concedes, however, “We are not Platonic idealists, we cannot follow mass from home.”

He criticises La Plata Archbishop Victor Fernández by name - “who prides himself of being Francis’ ghost writer” - for his claim that Sunday obligation could be abolished, “This is another example of a disastrous theological formation.”

Accusations of some bishops that their faithful are "too attached" to the Eucharist are for Müller "absurd."

He observes that the bishops at the Amazon Synod insisted on an absolute need of the Eucharist which would require married priests, “Now the same people shamelessly argue the exact opposite, that we don't even need the Eucharist.”

It’s not only the “Sunday obligaron” but the sacrament in general that could go off and die, according Fernández.” This is “Tucho” Fernández, Friend of Francis, possible author of both Amoris Letitia and Laudato Si, as well as author of “The Art of Kissing,” which he wrote after watching many hours of adolescents kissing. Time to throw up.

Tucho, btw, is a nickname that means “Little monkey,” sort of as in “little scamp.”

Why is the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) given a pass by Pope Francis and PM Conte when China pulled this off ???

The way this whole thing developed starting with the Italian fashion industry areas controlled by the Chinese commies hit by a runaway CCWV (Chinese Communist Wuhan Virus) breakout occurred in Wuhan the politburo closed off Wuhan but did not warn the Italian Socialist government or the Pope with whom the Chinese government had good relations with.

But certainly violated that understanding when the socialists should have been informed and allowed to deny those Chinese workers who replaced Italians in those factories taken over by the Chinese travel to and from China particularly for their New Year while this was occurring.Where they seem to have done almost the same here with Smithfield Pork processing after the Chinese were hit with swine flu which destroyed their pork industry by their takeover of Smithfield Pork processing. When learning of the Wuhan shutdown Trump cut off China air travel with the exception of only allowing American citizens returning..But was immediately attacked by CNN and the alphabet media outlets as a racist Republican action.

There was a time, long ago, when people considered the Pope and Cardinals and Bishops and Archbishops and priests to be unquestionably Catholic.
Meaning those people held the beliefs of Catholic dogma, including the fact that man is both flesh and spirit. And that our Triune God is spirit with the added exception that the Son became the Son of Man.
Those days seem very small and insignificant was we try to bring them into focus as we gaze into the rapidly receding rear-view mirror of history.

Lord have mercy.
