I make this point to all my climate alarmist friends. Venus is the poster child for planetary warming. I tell them that the percentage of CO2 in Venus' atmosphere is 96.5%. Then I ask them, if they know the percentage of CO2 in Earth's atmosphere. Invariably they do not. So take a guess, I say.

You get get guesses like 30% or 50%, Sometimes 20%. I inform them that it is 4/100th of a percent. (NOT 4%, .04%) . It would have to increase 2500% to reach 1%. They think that I am lying.

Correct. And if you really want to piss them off, tell them their exhaled breath has about 100X more CO2 (by concentration) than the atmosphere.
