Mongols, Ottomans, Moors, Nazis, Bolsheviks, Maoists, Thirty Years War, Black Plague, smallpox, the falling of the native Americans and Australians to European diseases, Kanki Famine, Great Famine, Deccan Famine, Potato Famine. THe horsemen have galloped over the earth many times and evil men have triumphed and ruled and people, good Christians or not, have seen everyone they love die and their entire world as they knew it destroyed.
