For Islam I do see 3 significant changes from the Judeo-Christian narrative:
1. The replacement of Isaac with Ishmael (this is in an ahadith, not the Quran itself)
2. The addition of Djinn - that angels are made form light, humans form earth and djinn from First and that the snake in the garden was Iblis, a Djinn
3. The replacement of Jesus with Isa - this “Isa” character in the Quran does and says things that Jesus never did.
But I’m kinda hard pressed to see how Islam differs from Judaism besides the points I listed above
Ask yourself a question, who would you rather see come to know Christ; a Muslim who is steeped in a demonic religious system or a Jew who has a simple understanding of God yet rejects Jesus as the Messiah? I would hope we would answer that we would want them both to come to know Christ. They are both deceived.
It is our great hope and desire that God would open both their eyes to the truth and to hear and understand the Word of God. We have compassion and concern for both Muslim and Jew, as well as all people who are blinded by Satan. People might yell and scream of how we're intolerate or we're wrong. They did the same when Christ said He was the Son of God. It doesn't matter. All people need to confess their sin and ask our Lord Jesus to heal them. Only then will they find the love and joy that comes from knowing God.
Acts 4:12 And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.
