I read the article pretty quickly (I’m at work), but I’m wondering if I read the same article as everyone else. I didn’t get the impression that Brown was largely bashing Trump. Instead, his opinions mirror my own, I think. I support the president fully while realizing that he is not my spiritual leader or savior. That means, I’m not in a Trump cult. But I will crawl over broken glass to vote for him, in person, in November.
I agree, and that’s how you know this is a leftist-written propaganda piece. It assumes that Trump must be 100% spiritually pure and ideologically-correct for the imagined “evangelicals” they are targeting. They can’t imagine that we see politicians merely as politicians, not saviors - as they view people like Obama.
