For an educated man he is not well formed in his thinking.

The mind and body of human beings are obviously inseparable. Only with great effort and years of training can a human actually separate the mind and body. (and doing so is not without danger).

Corporate worship as is stated here means two things first is the body of the Church coming together to worship together. Second is the individual using the physical body in the worship of God; standing, kneeling, and making the sign of the cross.

The mind in the act of worship tells the body to worship God. It has been an observed fact for thousands of years that repeated motions train the mind to strengthen memories.

Certainly, meditating on prayer is important but gathering together in the mass is centrally important.
