Doubtful. My uncle is pretty high up with FSSP, and I've talked to him a couple times about getting a real Mass out by me in Rockwall (closest is Mater Dei at ~45min drive, if there's no traffic going across downtown Dallas). He said anything like that depends on the local dioceses, so a definitely no with the idiots in Dallas. Also, they're really lacking in priests, so expanding the Traditional Mass isn't something that could happen very quick, even if the Pope and all the higher ups supported it.
