No. Almost all places of worship were either Christian churches of Jewish temples. Those that weren’t either belonged to now forgotten religions. There were no mosques until the Arabs murdered their way into the ME, Africa, India, and Europe.
Wasn’t Mecca some other religions shrine before it became Islam? Like a Hindu shrine or something?
