Report from Iran: Christianity proliferating, Islam diminishing

"Oftentimes, Christian pastors will be arrested and given long prison sentences for 'crimes against the national security,'" Christianheadlines.com reports. "If you open up your doors to a house church in Iran, then your home could be frequently raided and monitored; and if you do happen to go to prison, the prison situation there is appalling."

Yet Christianity in the hotbed of Islamic terrorism is quickly approaching the seven-digit mark.

"[The number of Christians in Iran is] without doubt in the order of magnitude of several hundreds of thousands and growing beyond a million," the Netherlands-based GAMAAN research group reports from its recent survey.

"The real news is not the number of Christians," explains Johannes de Jong, the director of the think tank, Sallux (Latin for "Salt-Light") which is associated with the European Christian Political Movement. "It is the massive secularization of Iranian society as a whole."

According to the group's survey, less than a third of Iranians surveyed (32%) identified as Shiite Muslim, while the Iranian government officially touts that 95% of its population practices that form of Islam.

"The Islam in Iran is a political system – not a faith embraced by any majority," adds de Jong, who has served Iranian asylum seekers and opposition politicians for two decades. "A free Iran would see an implosion of Islam – and a very significant rise of Christianity, Zoroastrism and atheism."

Compounding the problems faced by political leaders of the Islamic Republic, a falling away from the Muslim faith was reported from the survey.

"Nearly half (47%) said they used to be religious, but are no longer, [and] only 6 in 10 Iranians surveyed said they were born into a religious family," Christianity Today reveals from the GAMAAN's findings.

ISLAM IS NOT JUST ANOTHER RELIGION IT IS A FORM OF GOVERNMENT THAT SHOULD BE REFERED TO AS MOSLEMISM

It is interesting the way socialists approach theological concepts for when it comes to Islam they are not the only ones who refuse to approach the issue. That even includes leading Christian clergy including Pope Francis.
It’s my belief Pope Francis by his continuing social engineering pontificating and attempts to equalize the mono theistic claims that Islam honors the same Judeo Christian deity. Is only encouraging the continuing attacks and murders of African and Asian Catholics as well as attacks elsewhere including Russia, France, even California and destruction of their churches. by Islamic followers.

This Pope by decrying the sale and use of arms which Christian’s could use to defend themselves or warn the faithful not to proselytize or be “fundamental” to discourage conversions. are used by Islamists because they appear to support Islam’s mono theistic claims which is the way Islamists interpret the Pope’s remarks.

Seemingly supported by Francis’s refusal to condemn or refute when those theological Islamic claims authorizing murder, deceit and deceptions are used while committing these atrocities becomes the unintended result..

Followers of Mohammed not only claim, but truly believe that God has authorized them to kill those who refuse to submit to their version of Gods will.

That is a basic tenet of that religion. A claim which goes unchallenged which makes it a theocratic creed advocating a form of government that is to replace the existing one.

While it is understandable for atheists which most socialists are, not to approach that claim on a theological basis. But believing by bombing and killing those who believe in it will end its practice,which will not. Islam as construed with its portrayal of a merciless evil deity approving using deception and deceit is an abomination which must be discredited and condemned.

And that can only be done by attacking its assertions and tenets. Certainly not by ignoring and denying they do not exist. .

It is bewildering why many Christian clergy concerned about quote, political correctness, unquote, refuse to address what an insult to God islam is and worse yet are unable to condemn then convince and convert its advocates and adherents they are followers of an evil creed .But from this report there are ministers who are not following Vatican orders.
