Once again, Bishop Dunlop fails to read the fine print (or, in this case, the full order aka "guidance" issued by PA Governor Tom Wolf.

Governor Wolf, despite his MANY faults, has consistently stressed that religious organization are specifically EXEMPT from his capacity limits.

But to this false shepherd who wants to flee from the CCP-virus the more restrictive wording for OTHER institutions is all that matters.
