2 Thessalonians 2:9-12

Deception is repeated over & over again by Jesus as the big sign of the nearness of His Return.
With all of the hoopla surrounding the UFO sightings & Alien disclosure perhaps coming soon, I thought it was important to reiterate everything back to The Word of God and what His Word has to say on the subject.

Luke 21 & Matthew 24 are good chapters to reference for those points.

The word translated above as "host" in Genesis 2.1 is kosmos in the Septuagint Greek text. Kosmos has several meanings; it can mean "the world" or "the universe" (as "cosmos" is used in English).

The word translated as host in I Kings 22.21 is pneuma ("spirit")

In Luke 2.13 the heavenly host is plethos stratias ouraniou

Plethos means "multitude" or "a great number." So the phrase means "a great number of the heavenly army" (but "host" can be used instead of "army").

You have to believe in extra-terrestrials without mentioning anything spiritual sounding to be considered a reputable person of intellect.
