Over the weekend, alarming reports surfaced of side effects of the vaccine. The Epoch Times reported on a CDC study that concluded, “Of those who received one dose of the messenger RNA vaccine, 74 percent of Moderna recipients reported injection site reactions of pain, swelling, redness, and itching, as opposed to 65.4 percent of the Pfizer/BioNTech recipients. Furthermore, 52 percent of those who received the Moderna vaccine said they had a generalized reaction like fatigue, headache, and body pain, compared to 48 percent of recipients who had the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.”

OMG! Injection site pain, swelling and redness! This truly is the Mark of the Beast!

Science and medicine have been weaponized by the left to promote its agenda. The problem is that as the politics shift in the wind, science and medicine must be continuously adjusted to accommodate the narrative. Trump/vaccine bad is now Biden/vaccine good. The arrogant elites get enraged when the little people don’t adjust their reality to fit the cause du jour. The resistance to vaccinating is directly attributable to the media’s efforts to manipulate the public with flip flopping facts; no one believes them.

I got the Moderna. Slight pain at the injection site for 24 hours. Felt a bit tired for two days. That was it. Less of a reaction than when I used to get flu shots in the military.

Know multiple people in their upper 60s to low 90s who got the vaccine. None have experienced anything worse than getting a flu shot.

It is beyond incredible how stupid this article is. Alarming? This is typical of any vaccine. Every single person who got it was told to expect this when they were given it. Virtually every media report when they were being tested and released advised people could expect to have this after getting the shot. And the writer of this article acts like it something that is a shock / surprise and an indication of something horrible happening no one wants to acknowledge?

And the title of this thread is about "gaslighting"? Physician, heal thyself.

Sometime this weekend we will pass the milestone of 50% of American adults (i.e., 18 and over) having received at least the first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.

I think we’ve arrived at a point where all of us should agree that all can be free to mask up or not mask up and to be vaccinated or not be vaccinated. Free choice along with individual acceptance of consequences should reign supreme.
